My Services ~ In-Person & Telehealth

I believe you already hold the wisdom and strength you need to heal. Therapy helps clear the fog so you can access it. In individual therapy, I use EMDR, mindfulness-based therapy, and cognitive, emotional and somatic tools to support you through anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, grief, and life transitions. Our sessions are collaborative, intuitive, and paced to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing you down and reconnect you to clarity, confidence, and calm.

Even strong partnerships get stuck. In couples therapy, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns and shift them toward more connection, empathy, and emotional safety. I help couples rebuild trust, navigate conflict, and rediscover intimacy — whether you’re in a crisis, adjusting to parenthood, or just feeling distant. You'll leave with practical communication tools and a better understanding of your dynamic, each other, and yourselves.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy for trauma, anxiety, and stuck emotional patterns. EMDR helps your brain reprocess painful memories so they lose their emotional charge — without needing to rehash everything in detail. I use EMDR gently and collaboratively, integrating body-based tools and mindfulness to support nervous system regulation. It’s especially helpful for trauma, chronic stress, and deeply held negative beliefs.

Sometimes the best conversations happen while moving. Walking therapy combines talk therapy with the calming rhythm of a walk through the quiet, beachside neighborhood near my office. Many clients find that being outdoors helps them relax, think more clearly, and feel less “stuck.” We can alternate between walking sessions and traditional in-office sessions, whatever feels most supportive for you that week.
